Say hello to the Crumble scarf. This scarf is perfect for all those worsted weight cakes of yarn we have in our stash that has long color repeats and we have no idea what to make with them. This scarf is knit on the bias and is perfect for a semi-mindless knit project. I knit this scarf using a cake of Premier Candy Shop yarn and ended up with a scarf that was 5″ wide and 83″ long and only had a couple feet of yarn left of the cake. If you want a wider scarf you can easily add more stitches in multiples of 4 but remember when you add more stitches your scarf will get shorter unless you add more yarn to the project.
